Your personal information is very safe with SAXpress.

SAXpress uses PayPal as our payment gateway. Other than the title, purchase amount, and shipping information, SAXpress never has access to any of your personal payment information. When you send a payment using PayPal, SAXpress does not receive sensitive financial information like your credit card or bank account number – that’s strictly between you and PayPal.

Any products purchased at links to third-party sellers are completely subject to that third party’s policies; SAXpress is not responsible for any third-party policies or security issues.

Delivery options are how you choose to have your sheet music sent to you. You must choose a delivery option as part of purchasing a piece of music. You have three choices:

1. Download Only – Download a PDF file of this piece.

• After payment is complete, the page updates and displays a link for you to download a digital copy of your sheet music right away.
• You receive an email with a link to download your music later if you like.
• You print your own sheet music.
• If you only want a digital copy, this is the option you should choose.

2. Print Only – Purchase a printed copy of this piece.

• A printed score and parts will be shipped to you.
• After the purchase is complete, you receive a confirmation email, but there is nothing to download. Your sheet music is sent to you by mail.
• If you only want a professionally printed paper copy of your sheet music, this is the option you should choose.

3. Download and Print – Download a PDF and order a printed copy of the score and parts

• After payment is complete, the page updates and displays a link to download a digital copy of your sheet music right away.
• You also receive an email with a link to download your music later if you like.
• A score and parts are printed and mailed to you
• With this option, you get both a digital copy and a printed copy..
• Choose this option if you want a digital copy of your sheet music and a professionally printed paper copy.

When you choose “download only” or “download AND print”, after your payment is completed, your screen will refresh and display a link to download your sheet music Simply follow the instructions on the screen. An email with the link will also be e-mailed to you so you can download your sheet music later if that’s more convenient for you.

All sheet music downloads from SAXpress are in PDF format. You will need a PDF reader to open the files. Download Free Adobe Acrobat Reader for Windows or Mac.

For each piece of sheet music you purchase, you will receive a ZIP file containing individual PDF files of the score and parts.

Downloading free sheet music from SAXpress is easy. It works the same as if you’re buying sheet music but there’s no charge.

• Add the free music you like to the cart.
• Complete the checkout process. Your cart will show a 0.00 balance – there is no charge.
• After your order is completed, your screen will refresh and display a link to download your free sheet music Simply follow the instructions on the screen.
• An email with the link is also be e-mailed to you so you can download your sheet music later if that’s more convenient.
• If you have other items that have a price in your cart at the same time you have free items, you must complete the purchase before you receive a download link.

All sheet music downloads from SAXpress are in PDF format. You will need a PDF reader to open the files. Download Free Adobe Acrobat Reader for Windows or Mac.

For each piece of sheet music, you will receive a separate ZIP file containing individual PDF files of the score and parts.

The free sheet music and free etudes have been temporarily taken off the site. All the files are being reformatted.They will be reposted  when the new editions are ready. It will be better and there will be more of it but you must be patient.

All sheet music downloads from SAXpress are in PDF format. You need a PDF reader to open the files.

We test our sheet music downloads using Adobe Acrobat PDF Reader. So far, the problems and complaints we’ve had with sheet music not displaying correctly have been from customers using out of date or third party PDF readers. Make sure you have an up-to-date copy of a reliable PDF reader.

There are so many third-party PDF readers available that we cannot test on all of them SAXpress does not guarantee that our PDF files will open correctly with third party products.

If you’re having problems opening your ZIP or PDF files, make sure your PDF or ZIP reader are up to date.  If all is in order and you still can’t open the file, use the contact form to let us know what the problem is. We’ll do whatever it takes to get your sheet music to you.

Some composers and arrangers choose not to make their compositions available as digital downloads. We respect their wishes and offer those pieces as PRINT ONLY. Sheet music from publishers other than SAXpress is most likely not available for digital download. In those cases printed sheet music is your only option. Complete your purchase and your music will be shipped to you.

Any purchases of sheet music by publishers other than SAXpress are completed at Amazon.com. SAXpress.com has no control over third-party vendors.

If the piece is published by SAXpress, the answer is “yes, sometimes”. Email a detailed request including what instruments you would like and I will see whether it is possible. Depending on the piece of music, there may be an extra charge. Usually arrangements with many alternate parts are more expensive simply because there are more parts to format, print, and ship.

If the title is from another publisher, there is nothing we can do to change the arrangement. That would be a violation of that publisher’s copyright.

Please keep in mind that not all pieces can be revoiced for different instruments.

I’m absolutely delighted to have musicians make suggestions for arrangements. Keep these few things in mind:

The title must be in public domain. That generally means a piece must have been written before 1923 (with some exceptions). That means no current pop songs, movie or TV theme songs, or other copyrighted music. We respect artists’ copyright and hope you do too. Don’t ask us to bend the law.

Not all pieces of music work for all combinations of instruments.

Use the contact form to send your request. Be as detailed as you like but at least include the title of the piece and the composer’s name as well as the ensemble you’d like it for. I’ll get back to you as soon as I’ve had a look at the piece.

Be sure to check your trash or junk folders if you have not received your download email.

You may be prompted to log in to your SAXpress account.

If the gift, accessory, or book is sold directly by SAXpress.com, use the contact form to let us know what the problem is. We’ll do whatever it takes to make it right.

If you purchased printed sheet music from SAXpress.com and there is a misprint or physical defect, please let us know via the contact form. We’ll resolve the issue as soon as possible. Depending on the nature of the problem we may choose to mail only a corrected score or part or a complete set. There are no refunds on printed sheet music.

If you purchased digital sheet music and you believe there is an error in the part, please bring it to our attention as soon as you can. Use the contact form and follow these steps:

• include the title, how your music was delivered (download or mailed), and the SKU-number (bottom right corner of score cover or bottom left corner of score pages).
• Explain what the mistake is and where it is in the score. Include a measure number and part name if possible.
• If we find there is a mistake, a correction will be made and a new digital copy will be emailed to you.
• There are no refunds on digital/downloaded sheet music.

When you pay with PayPal on any website PayPal Purchase Protection covers you if you have a problem. If an item doesn’t arrive or is significantly not as described they may help you get a full refund.
